Food Inc

My sister influenced me to watch Food Inc. and i did...now I'm grossed out. I was a vegetarian for 6 years then recently stopped for this past year because....well bacon tastes good and i really enjoy the occasional chicken taco. But now I'm going to try to go back to my old herbivore ways. I never realized how much shady stuff goes into our every day food that you would never imagine, the chemicals, the cruelty and how the government is just fucked. Easier said then done i know, but try not to go to grocery stores, shop from local growers and go organic...
